People try keto, claim it doesn’t work, and now they’re switching to paleo. The problem I think is that there’s a lot of keto “information” online but some of it is complete nonsense in my opinion. I'm much more dedicated because I'm seeing results. I've dropped about 4% body fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle in the last 6 weeks. I'm pretty happy with that. It's a much more sustainable diet for me, and so far, it's giving me the results I wanted. I’m not recommending this diet for everyone, but it works for me.
